Hi Simon,

We're still investigating how best to handle this situation, but thanks for your suggestion!

Please contact Support for assistance.

Good eye Adam! We ran into some issues with updating the Report Manager extension to actually generate the login reports, but this should be out soon!

Also noted your internal user report request, that is registered and something we can look into.

Hi ronnessim,

To locate the sessions that are currently using your licenses, you can create a session group using the  HostConnectedCount > 0 filter. This will show all sessions with a host connected.

Once you've found the right session, you can manually disconnect the host from the session. More information on disconnecting the host here

Hi Ben,

In 20.5 we added the below button to the Windows host client menu to make these items more discoverable, and hopefully easier to find! As mentioned in the above thread, turning off full screen when maximized seems to fix the problem.

Hi All,

Sorry for the confusion. This extension was re-published in error and has since been removed.

Hi Charlex,

If you download the Report Manager extension, you can generate a report of connections. Here's the fields we would suggest adding to your report:

Hi All,

Windows and Linux are on different versions because their paths have diverged. Scaling improvements to address large deployments (50K+ agents) weren't able to be applied to Linux. We're continuing to work on an upcoming version for Linux, but it is a slower process. As the original poster mentioned, Mono can be a bit... "crusty".

Linux was updated on Nov 9 after running through a focus group to address issues raised here in the forum. We backdated the release to give those partners with out-of-maintenance licenses the chance to upgrade to the latest stable.

Moving forward, we look to continue to update Linux quarterly and will provide additional information as available.
