Allow for push notifications when a new message is received from an access client.
It would be really nice to be able to get a notification on the desktop when a new message comes in so that the window doesn't have to be open or monitored closely all the time.

+1. This needs to be a feature, only getting notifications with the web page is open simply isn't enough. We constantly are getting caught in the situation where a client has been messaging us but we missed it. Also if a session is selected the notification noise is turned off so if you walk away you won't hear if they messaged you. Just like every other instant messenger in existence there should be a back and forth chat sound effect, with the chat bubbles as 2 different colors too.
Notifications via a the mobile app would be also be a lifesaver, seriously guys we NEED to be able to know when our clients need us and be able to help them asap.
I agree! Can we get push notifications to the mobile app? this would be a great feature in not missing notifications from end users.
