Disable Inherited from on a specific company

i would like the ability to prevent users from accessing a whole company, as it stands now the only way to do that is to disable Inherited from the parent and then manually setting it up at the child. the issue with this is when a new company is created an admin would have to set up the permissions every time. if we had the ability to remove Inherited from parent object we could then specify specific permissions for just one company
