Controle Update Exe add WDAC Detail Requirements

With WDAC now getting deployed to a lot of clients we need the update EXE to contain the detail required.

We need to have the Issuer, Publisher, Filename, Version and Product associated with both the ScreenConnect.ClientSetup.msi and the CWControlClientInstaller.msi, that way we can whitelist the installers.
