Quick Support SOS enhancement/redesign
Purpose: to eliminate the need to install ScreenConnect or download ScreenConnect for every single session. This would allow a desktop icon to be placed but would not allow access to the end user's computer unless the program is active. See Team Viewer Quick Support for an example of something that is similar.
- Create multiple OS versions of Quick Support SOS, specifically Windows, macOS and Linux
- Remove the requirement for JRE on Linux if possible
- Add ToS popup that has to be accepted by the end user ( that can be customized during setup ) for liability purposes
- Popup on end users screen to approve support person's access
- Normal client customizations should apply to this version of the program as well with all the normal client customizations that exist already.
