Disconnect Prompt for Remote Session State

Dave M 4 weeks ago 0

I think on session end, ScreenConnect should prompt to lock or not lock the remote session.  While it is really important never to inadvertently leave a system unsecured (unlocked), you also don't always want to lock it (in case there is a user there).

Some other platforms default to exiting the way they entered.  In other words, if you connect to a remote session and it is locked (or not logged in), then when the session ends the remote system is locked.  If you connect and it is already logged in (typically because a user is there), then you wouldn't want to lock it on them.

Good default behavior is, well, good.  But prompted control is idea.
