Ability to rearrange apps on android devices

Long press on android opens the context menu on an app/icon and enables icons to be repositioned.

On screen connect it opens the context menu then disengages the press, making it impossible to rearrange apps.

I think this is actually a bug, but the support team suggested I raise a feature request instead.
