Enable a guest to require consent on the macOS agent

With this feature, a consent prompt appears if a host connects to their machine. If the guest refuses control, the host cannot control the remote machine.

This feature works perfect on the Windows agent but it is not available on the macOS agent.

Some of my higher end clients are now using Apple Mac laptops and don't want us being able to access their desktop without consent. 

I know it is possible still with a more global option but 99% of the time this is not an issue and would only add delays.

I just need those few high end clients to have the option to force enable consent via the ScreenConnect client on both Windows and macOS.
