Inquiry Regarding Multi-User Access Configuration for Remote Workforce

Hello Support Team,

We are currently using ScreenConnect to support our remote workforce. At present, we follow a 1:1 user-to-device assignment model, where each user connects to a dedicated desktop.

We would like to request a feature enhancement that allows a single desktop to be assigned to multiple users, with the following behavior:

  • Only one user can access the device at a time.

  • If the desktop is currently in use by another user, any additional user attempting to connect would be denied access or receive a notification that the session is occupied.

This would be especially helpful in environments where a shared system is used by multiple users across shifts or departments, without risking session overlap or interference.

If this functionality already exists or is planned for future releases, we’d appreciate any documentation or roadmap information you can share.
