Fix Certificate Signing Extension validity display

The certificate signing extension only displays the time part of the validity but not the date part. See for example the screenshot on the extension page https://docs.connectwise.com/ScreenConnect_Documentation/Supported_extensions/Administration/Certificate_Signing

Please fix the extension to display the exact date from when until when the certificate is valid.
