Request for a generic, unbranded, browser safe, installer/app for assist sessions.

I would like to request a "browser safe" installer option for assist sessions.

I have installed the code signing certificate and everything verifies perfectly with it. However, I still struggle with ALL assist session downloads being denied by Chrome and Edge and my clients having to click through multiple barriers in the browsers because the files are not frequently downloaded files.

Can Connectwise please just provide a version of the installer for assist sessions that the browsers will trust right out of the box? I can't think of any reason that when a client clicks on a link to my server, types in the code that I give them, and then runs the downloaded app to establish a session connection, that the process from there on out should require any customization that would require a uniquely signed application that gets blocked by modern browsers.

There are lots of remote support tools that have worked out how to create installers that are trusted by modern browsers. Can Connectwise please give us one for ScreenConnect assist sessions as well?
