Option to allow GUEST to dismiss the "you are being controlled by" banner

Allow the controlled GUEST to dismiss the "you are being controlled by" banner in support and access sessions for the duration of the session, so GUESTS are able to access elements that are currently hidden by the banner and thus become inaccessible to the GUEST while being controlled.

We have a type of system where we have to close the session so the Guest can click on the top elements of their application, then reconnect to continue the session.
