Allow settings to be granular, for example the blank screen when a user connects to be enabled for specific machines rather than every computer in the tenant.

We have the blank screen option enabled for all computers but we have a user that doesn't want to have to turn it off every time he connects to a machine. Or an easier option could be to have the ability to add devices as an exception to setting(s)?
