Support for custom security roles when using Asio SSO

We use ScreenConnect with RMM and use Asio SSO. We have different groups of technicians that should have different levels of access to ScreenConnect. I noticed, and confirmed with support, that only the built in Asio/ScreenConnect roles work. For example, "Technician" in Asio maps to "ITS Technician" in ScreenConnect, "Manager" in Asio maps to "ITS Manager" in ScreenConnect. This is not how our old Automate instance worked. We were able to map CW Home Identity Roles to custom ScreenConnect roles. It would be nice for a way to be able to make different technician groups. One way to accomplish this could be to be able to make custom Asio roles such as Technician I, Technician II, etc, and then map those to custom ScreenConnect roles.
