Download Client with a powershell command

By default, our company blocks EXE clients because of Defender.

Is there a way to download the client screenconnect.exe file to get around this issue?

I try with a powershell script, curl, wget... I always get a 51KB file (HTML) instead.

We waste a lot of time explaining to users how to download and run the client.
