Allow customization of host connection banner display name format

We are a cloud-hosted ScreenConnect customer using SSO via Microsoft Entra ID. Since the ShowHostConnectedBanner customization was reset to default in version 25.4, we have been unable to modify what name is displayed to clients when a technician connects to a session.

Our specific request is the ability to display a custom name format in the connection banner, such as first name and last initial (e.g. "Kyle D."), rather than the technician's full name. Changing the display name in Microsoft is not a viable option for us as it would affect all Microsoft applications across our organization including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

We also want to note that the security rationale behind this change appears inconsistent. Organizations not using SSO can still change their display names to anything they choose, which means the restriction does not universally address the security concern it was intended to solve. The limitation disproportionately impacts SSO-based organizations like ours without providing meaningful additional security.

We are not asking to remove the banner entirely. We are simply requesting the ability to control what name format is displayed to clients without requiring changes to our Microsoft directory.
