Be Able to Add Recurring Activity (Not a ticket) - ConnectWise Manage
It would be nice to be able to add a recurring activity that appears on our dispatch portal/schedule in ConnectWise Manage. I know you can do this via a ticket but I don't want it as a ticket just an activity. For example, you schedule lunch every day on your schedule. We use activities for this instead of tickets. It would be nice to have a feature to where you can set that activity to reoccur every weekday at the same time. It's one less thing to add to our schedule everyday. Automation = efficiency (time saving).
