Welcome to the revamped User Echo

Welcome to the newly enhanced User Echo Forum. In our commitment to fostering innovation and supporting our partners, we will continue to make updates to enhance the partner experience over time. With this new page comes a few changes, one of them being the General Discussion portal.

The General Discussion page has been relocated to the top of the User Echo site to encourage peer-to-peer interaction amongst all partners. Within this portal, we encourage partners to engage in stimulating conversations, offer assistance to fellow partners with queries, and maintain a respectful conversation.

Additionally, we have introduced the Top Contributors leaderboard as a lighthearted competition for partners. This feature allows partners to ascend the leaderboard by receiving upvotes from their peers for providing insightful responses to questions or sharing feature requests that resonate with other ScreenConnect users (there may also be a small prize down the road for the top 3 contributors).

Lastly, for the Feature Request portal, we kindly ask partners to submit only new additions to the ScreenConnect product. For any issues or comments, please post them in the General Discussion page or seek support from our team on the ScreenConnect website.
