🔔 How to get email notifications for new ScreenConnect releases 🔔

Whenever we release a new ScreenConnect build, we update the Output Stream forum with a new thread or a post. By editing your notification settings for the Output Stream, you'll receive an email whenever we post a new build or release a new version of ScreenConnect.

1. Open your notification settings page

At the top of the page, click your username and select Notification Settings. 

You can also click this link instead to reach your notification preferences.

2. Select email notifications for new topics and new replies

Select the checkboxes for New topic, New reply, and Topic status updated.

3. Save your changes

Click the Save changes button.

4. Subscribe to the ScreenConnect Output Stream

Scroll down to the Subscription management section. Under ScreenConnect Output Stream, click the ScreenConnect category.

You should then receive an email when we post a new version or an updated build to a version. You'll also be notified when a build changes its release status, e.g. goes stable.

From here you can subscribe to other forums or categories. For example, you might also want to receive emails when a new View version is released.

If you don't receive email notifications as expected, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still not receiving emails, contact us at documentation+forum@screenconnect.com and we'll see if it something on our end.
