We would love a feature similar to what Atera has with Atera AI. We want a summary feature inside ScreenConnect to provide a remote session summary, as you can see from (Atera's AI Copilot: expand your IT capabilities. It would summarize everything the technician performed on the end user's system. Such as "Get a clear and precise summary of your remote session by generating an itemized list of key points and actions performed on the end-user Windows device." This would allow for much better notes and a more holistic overview of what was done.
