AD login bug still exists on latest version
The bug 'Need to display User Name and Password field if LDAP or AD sources are enabled' still exists in V25.3.2.9271
I've had to put an old copy of login.aspx in place to be able to login.

I am sorry for the confusion, we did have a fix for this in 25.3, but it missed on use case. It will be fully resolved in our upcoming 25.4 release, which is planned for initial cloud release in mid-June, so the on-premise stable will follow in late-June.
