Pre-scheduling sessions?
I'm curious if there's a way to schedule a session for the future beyond just putting it in and leaving it until session time, so the list doesn't get as bogged down.
I schedule a lot of support with end users a bit in advance so it would be nice to be able to include a link in the calendar invitations without having a session sitting and waiting for action multiple days. Just curious if this is a feature!
Hey Julia! So we don't have a way to preschedule sessions, but if a long list is in the main issue, you could set up some session groups or subgroups to keep things organized.
Just one idea: Enable a custom property for support sessions and call it something like "Date Scheduled". Remember which one you enable...in this case I've made custom property 7 visible for support sessions and named it "Date Scheduled".
When you create a support session, you'll then be able to add a date in the "Scheduled Date" text field on the right-most column.
Next create a session group for scheduled sessions, and put your custom property variable in the subgroup field.
Then as you add a date to each support session, your sessions will self-organize into subgroups like so:
