Request: Mouse Support for ConnectWise Control on iPad

I wanted to touch base about a feature that’s been widely requested for quite a while now: proper mouse support within the ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect) app on iPad.

With the latest iPadOS 26 beta now available, I revisited the app to see if there had been any improvements. Unfortunately, the experience still feels the same—mouse input is limited and doesn’t allow for efficient control. This continues to be one of the key reasons I can’t rely on my iPad for remote support. The current implementation just isn’t practical for serious use.

Given the ongoing community feedback and the growing number of professionals using iPads in their daily workflows, I really hope this can be prioritized. Enhanced mouse support would go a long way in making the iPad a viable primary device for remote work—especially for those of us in support roles.
