Elevated Permissions

After the emergency 25.4.16 update for our On-Prem install of ScreenConnect, we are no longer able to elevate credentials on the remote computer.  We do get the credential prompt, but once we enter the credentials, the ScreenConnect client crashes and is of course disconnected from the host.

Is anyone else experiencing this and have you found a work around?

We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix, which we aim to include in the next hotfix. This should be available in a Canary build by early next week. We understand this is inconvenient and appreciate your patience. We had to make some tough priority decisions to ensure the code certificate builds were running and deployed correctly.

Since this may be a few days in the making, is there a way to cleanly rollback this update? I fully understand that the cert expires tomorrow at 8PM and we have to be updated by then, but at least that gives my technicians 2 more days of being able to support our users.

I just tried v25.4.20 which is in canary right now and this issue seems to be fixed there.
