'screenconnect installation pending'

Hello ScreenConnect forum peers.

- device, Surface Laptop Go

- O/S, Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 ( 10.0.19045 )

- corporate machine, domain joined

ConnectWise agent downloaded from dashboard and installed on machine 3 times.

Machines registers on dashboard and syncs successfully.

ScreenConnect remote control tool shows at dashboard:

- 'screenconnect installation pending'

Thus remote control from dashboard onto machine is not feasible.

Any thoughts?

Hi there! I spoke with a support colleague. He said that the "screenconnect installation pending" mesage is usually resolved by waiting a few hours after installation for RMM to recheck & resync on its own.
