Removed Misused Customizations Creating Issues for Ubuntu Hosts

Many of our client's host machines are running Ubuntu 22.04 with Wayland disabled.

When testing Screenconnect on these clients, we noticed an issue where on reboot the desktop icons would be drawn overtop our full screen application and then a full screen invisible Screenconnect frame would sit on top, locking out the ability for the end user to interact with the kiosk. This could be quickly resolved by logging into the machine and alt+tabbing away from the invisible frame which would restore functionality to the end user, but the machines are primarily touchscreen kiosks so it wasn't something end users could do themselves easily.

In testing, we hid the "Show Host Connected Banner", "Show Notification Balloon On Connect", and "System Tray Icon" and that seemed to stop the problem from appearing, so we proceeded with our rollout of over 1k+ devices. Now with the removal of these customization options, we've begun to see an uptick in these types of reports.

Please look closer into the Java/Linux host behavior on startup and/or restore these customization options.
