Client Update?

I'm seeing a client update notification in Access. The first few times I connected to that client, I was offered the option to update the client. Although I selected yes, nothing appeared to happen. Tried rebooting the client machine, but no change. Now I'm not offered the update option, but the client version has not changed. How should I get the client updated?

Hey Ken, are you still having this issue? Make sure you're disconnected to from the machine and try sending a Reinstall command again. If that doesn't work, I wonder if the technician side (the host client) updated without the endpoint actually updating, too. In which case, please open up a ticket with support. They can validate whether we have a bug there.
