I just purchased screenconnect and the support tab is gone

I purchase the annual for screenconnect with 25 agents and as soon as i get it about 5 minutes in my support tab is gone. i need to restore this tab as i need it for work, if anybody has had this problem let me know how to fix it. im new to this app.I pointed out whats missing from my app from a random google pic. really need help with this.
