Your agent needs the "HostSessionWithoutConsent" privilege in Administration -> Security -> Roles.

This will remove the acknowledge prompt for granting access.

they allready have this, this is some new add , the support say it cannot be removed....

support answer:

There is no way to remove this, you need to allow that ACKNOWLEDGMENT, and then only you can connect

This is the mandatory prompt for support sessions

Apologies, for now there is no default way to remove this.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to disable the consent for support sessions. This feature is made mandatory for security reasons.

If you still want, then you need to submit a Feature request https://control.product.connectwise.com/

The acknowledgement dialog is required for all support sessions so that end users are aware of the ramifications of joining a support session. We have no plans to allow this to be disabled as it provides additional protection for guests

thank you for that, i sure that restore the exe signature is more secure and in higher priority,

also we didnt ask for that, and we MUST to Remove it!!

also it not in our Language(!).

user enter code, and allow the EXE, we DONT NEED MORE  protection for Our guests

We are adding additional translations to the dialog, what language do you prefer?
As previously stated, there are no plans to allow this dialog to be disabled.
