There is no way to remove this, you need to allow that ACKNOWLEDGMENT, and then only you can connect

Apologies, for now there is no default way to remove this.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to disable the consent for support sessions. This feature is made mandatory for security reasons.

The acknowledgement dialog is required for all support sessions so that end users are aware of the ramifications of joining a support session. We have no plans to allow this to be disabled as it provides additional protection for guests

As previously stated, there are no plans to allow this dialog to be disabled.
Your agent needs the "HostSessionWithoutConsent" privilege in Administration -> Security -> Roles.
This will remove the acknowledge prompt for granting access.
