Unable to Log In to cloud.screenconnect.com to Purchase After Free Trial
Hi ScreenConnect team, I'm having an issue when trying to purchase after my 14-day free trial. When I click Buy Now, it redirects me to cloud.screenconnect.com, but the login page keeps refreshing. After I enter my email to sign in, the page reloads and stays on the sign-in screen without letting me access my account or proceed with the payment. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
I am having the same problem today. We are trying to purchase licensing to deploy ScreenConnect but the page never processes my signon. Signing in with ConnectWise to all other products works fine.
