Running 25.8.3.9459 and experiencing lots of remote control failure

Hey there, in the last couple weeks I've been experiencing major remote mouse/keyboard control loss. Just tested with both hosts running 25.8.3.9459 and on good internet. Mouse control might work for about 10 seconds into connection and then it disappears for good. We have tried changing quality settings. Testing with a colleague today and one time we had it working and then when I changed the Monitor view, it failed again. Any ideas?
