Endless Spinning at Login Page

Since day one, the login page has continuously spun as if it is attempting to load repeatedly, we are unable to proceed until the browser cache is cleared. While this is not our primary method of accessing ScreenConnect, it does create an inconvenience when we need to log in through the web interface. The issue occurs for all users in both Chrome and Edge; we have not yet tested Firefox.

Any thoughts on a fix?
