over the past few days we have been experiencing issues connecting to Windows 7 machines through ScreenConnect. The problem appears to have started after a recent platform update.
Could you please look into this and let us know when a fix is expected or if there is any temporary workaround available?

Update to 26.1.24.9579 it should be fixed in that version.
