Screen flickers black every few seconds when I remote into my work computer (Windows) using my imac?

I have tried all the things that Google has offered for suggestions but I am still getting the flickering. Please advise. I am using the latest updates and software at home with my iMac. Work computer is Windows 11. I have two monitors hooked up at work also.
