ScreenConnect custom branded domain

I had ScreenConnect instance. It used mycompany.screenconnect.com. It worked great. Then I "upgraded" to RMM with the business bundle and got assigned a new ScreenConnect instance. Now, my domain is rmmus-mycompany.screenconnect.com. That is no OK with me. You guys took away the previous ScreenConnect instance with a working, branded domain and now you've bastardized it. When I request to have the previous domain moved to the new instance you guys say it can't be done? What? That is ridiculous! How was it working before with ScreenConnect and now you guys force me to use a new instance but it doesn't support using the same domain? Very broken!

I request support for custom branded ScreenConnect domains. I want to be able to use mycompany.screenconnect.com just like I used to be able to!
