macOS performance & experience

Have been a ScreenConnect customer for a few years now.

Performance when connecting to a Windows machine is not bad but I would welcome improvements on that end.

Performance on macOS has been kind of bad for a while now. Especially when the macOS machine has multiple monitors. Blanking the screen also doesn't work correctly in Tahoe machines form my experience. When blank screen is active elements of the remote machines display seem to disappear and I cant control the machine so it becomes unusable.

Is improving performance something that is being thought out by the development team? I use 2 remote access platforms. I don't want to throw competition names here, but performance on the other one I use is way better when connecting to both Windows and macOS. I still prefer ScreenConnect overall (the other one I have as backup), but I would really like to see some improvements from ScreenConnect on that end.
