Need a field that can be reported on for when device last checked in or was last seen.
A field showing when the device last checked in or was last seen in the portal as active would be very helpful for auditing stale agents. All of our other systems have this information and we use it to determine if the device is completely offline or just having a problem with the agent.
Here's the field that tells you the last time the guest info was updated. I find this the most accurate for me. Just because if the GuestInfoUpdateTime isn't being updated the remote sessions won't normally work or won't work properly. This won't catch flapping sessions.
