Granular Change to Disable Auto Consent Countdown

We have a 60 second countdown timer that is set globally and can allow an engineer access to unattended devices. this works well for 99% of our clients but there is a 1% who DO NOT want unattended access on their devices and the countdown timer is a complaint generator for this 1%.  Aggravating this is the 1% is normally power individuals and hold the life of our support agreement's in their hands. So we need the ability to be able to disable the Auto Consent granularly on a device by device basis
