ScreenConnect mouse not working to control Access sessions on Android and IOS

For the past few months, none of our technicians are able to use the virtual mouse on any mobile device.  We've tried various android and ios phones, and virtual mouse responsiveness is very sporadic.  If you look at Google Play Store reviews, you'll see that a lot of people have having the same issue.  The virtual mouse will randomly go from working to not working, and it doesn't matter if you're on wifi or not, or if you use virtual mouse or track-pad.  When are they going to fix this?!?
