export/import PAM rules

After having an issue with the PAM extension in ScreenConnect that required it to be uninstalled and reinstalled, I needed a way to export the existing PAM rules we have in place.  There is no export/import capability.  This really should be added, along with a backup of the settings/configuration within PAM so it's easy to uninstall and reinstall.
