And now I look like a liar lol, seems like right after I replied the Toolbox updated itself and did exactly what I wanted. I can now see all the folders in my software folder in the toolbox section.

This helps! I don't want to be picky but, it would be nice to just have it shown in the Toolbox window instead of just having it open up the software folder and then have to drag and drop the file. I'm just nitpicking, but what you recommended is very helpful. Thanks!  Toolbox.png
