Office 365 SMTP timeout
Re: Ticket Number 9279055
Issue where on-premise screenconnect times out sending email via to office365 smtp.
- telnet smtp.office365.com 587 works from server machine
- Disabled firewall to be sure
- Settings are all confirmed in config file, and double-confirmed against forum post with different issue
- Connectwise confirms timeout is hardcoded to 10 seconds

I have added your comments to our internal product tracker.
I am going to move this thread over to our Feature Request portal so that our Product Management team can review it.
As I understand it, the request is to make the SmtpClientTimeoutMilliseconds value a configurable setting. As it stands, SmtpClientTimeoutMilliseconds is set to 10000 (10 seconds), and it is not configurable.
