Kick guest from a session from host page on the participant sidebar

Today if I want to kick a guest and keep the session active I can only do it by connecting to the session and from the remote screen kick the guest. On the host page on the participant sidebar the X is greyed out.

Duplicates 1
End support session on end-user (customer) side when ended on technician side

I'd like our support sessions to remain persistent such that a dropdown of technicians can be selected by the customer requesting supporting. This works fine. However, when the remote session is over (ie. the issue is solved) and the technician leaves the session, the customer remains in the session in perpetuity. We actually have to reach into the remote session as our last step before disconnecting and physically right click/exit from the customer's systray.

In the web portal, on the general tab of the support session, there are "Hosts Connected" and "Guests Connected" line items with "X" hyperlinks next to each user. You can disconnect a Host (fellow tech) in this manner but you CANNOT disconnect the customer, and this would be a good option although the ideal option is for the customer to receive a popup or for their session to end automatically when the tech exists his/hers as this signals the remote session is complete (a la GoToAssist or any other reactive remote assistance program).

Thanks!

I agree and would love to see this implemented so if we forget to disconnect we don't have to call the guest back, or rejoin the session and grab their mouse to close the session!
