Would be great to allow the Guest to save the chat log, and/or append to an already saved chat log, at any point during a session. Currently, if the connection is lost for any reason, the chat log disappears and is difficult, maybe impossible, for the Guest to retrieve. Having the ability to save and retrieve the log and then append on to it, would solve the problem.
Hi Nirav, would did you envision the chat transcript being sent to the host, quest, or both? We actually have a V1 of this already in progress, as an extension.
