Add Setting to default Wake Lock to enabled on host Connect

Wake-Lock was added in 5.5. Partner requesting to be able to have this default to enabled. (CW-7599095)

Have AcquireWakeLock on by default feature

Currently there is no way to have AcquireWakeLock on by default. Maybe have a app.config feature setting to have this on by default

As of 6.0, On-Premise partners can edit the Web.config file and Cloud partners can edit the Web.Config AppSettings to enable Wake Lock as default.

Hi JoM, 

Whenever a host (support technician) connects into an end users machine it enables Wake Lock. When they disconnect from the remote session, Wake Lock is no longer in effect.
