Would like the screen to be scaled to the device and not use the mouse at all but purely touch based

Sorry Max, track mode does not seem similar - I still have to drag a mouse around on the screen. Splashtop's app does not require using a mouse at all. Example - if there's a list of computers on a remote screen and I need to select one on the list, all I do is tap that computer's row. Or, if I'm connected a to a remote computer and need to Run Word from the computer's desktop, all I have to do is double tap the Word icon on the remote computer desktop with my finger or stylus. With your implementation, I have to drag a virtual or track pad mouse to the icon and then implement you double tap methodology. it's the mouse dragging that's the problem.

The latest release of the iOS app has something similar with "Trackpad Mode". This doc should give you an idea of how to use it: https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/Mobile_apps/iOS/Control_a_remote_machine_from_an_iOS_device . Please let us know if you have any suggestions for improvements. Thank you.

This has been under development for two years? Is that correct?

Splashtop remote software is far ahead of you on this.Their iOS app acts like a touch screen app. A tap is the same as a click, a long tap is the same as a right-click, and they have other gestures. There's no dragging a mouse around an iPad screen.

Even better, I can switch seamlessly between mouse and keyboard options. I can click a link that opens a dialog box, for example, and immediately begin typing without having to tap an icon to activate the keyboard.

And even better than that, they have implemented a Windows key, so that I can do things like Win+R to open the run dialog box on a remote computer. I think they even let me create my own, custom shortcuts - haven't fully explored that yet., etc.
