Allow the customer to submit a new ticket from the Control customer portal

When you say Control customer portal, do you mean the host's page? Can you provide a little more detail about your request?

Maybe that's what it is called. This is the page I'd like customers to be able to submit a ticket from if possible https://hcgautomate.hostedrmm.com:8040/
