iOS App needs a serious overall.

I am moving from TeamViewer. I am a tech that is often out of the office and need a Mobile app that is friendly and fast. Currently, your app is using a mobile-friendly version of your site in an app window. It's not actually an app that connects to your servers. It is not fast, nor easy to use. When I am out I am not looking for full Admin control.... I am just looking to connect quickly and easily with the tools I need to remote assist a customer. I know it's not cheap to design apps or update them, but please address this. As a prospective client... it causes me serious concern if I might have trouble while in the field.

I had an hour long phone conversation with two developers over a year ago, and gave them several ideas on how to improve the iOS app. Nothing has changed since that time. I still have to drag a mouse around on the remote system’s screen. I still have to manually turn on the keyboard to issue keyboard commands, and then watch the keyboard get automatically turned off if I click somewhere else on the remote screen. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been typing away after activating the keyboard, only to find it’s been turned off without any valid reason.

I wish ConnectWise would spend some time working on this app. I use it often from my iPad when I haven’t yet started my computer. Unfortunately, I usually resort to starting my computer because the app is so darn difficult to use.

I think the iOS app would be fine if it just supported FaceID / TouchID - it's just too cumbersome to log into.
