It is beyond ridiculous that CW has not implemented this. Expecting users to type in a URL on a mobile device so they can get support is so stupid that I question if anyone at CW has ever actually supported a real person in the field. Expecting an IT team to hand-configure the URL on every device is not a lot better.
The fact that this still hasn't even been started after six years is a joke. ConnectWise obviously does not care about supporting this product any more.
I had a chat with CW today regarding the same issue, we want to deploy their app with this config. I was told to send a feature request, and as i assumed, it will take years... (your post is 2 years old)
