Ability to Control Mobile Device through the PC

Need the ability to control the Android or iOs device when connected to the mobile device through a PC Session. Currently we are only able to view the device and direct the user where to click on.

If we could take over control and scoll/click on objects in their Mobile Device this would make ConnectWise Control that much more useful and valuable.

This would help us manage and secure our mobile devices on the network. Please consider adding this feature. It would make Labtech our unified solution.

You can view and control Samsung devices from a PC. That option isn't currently available for other Android or iOS devices because of manufacturer limitations.
